Breakfast: a rich buffet breakfast (reputedly one of the best in Rome) is served from 07:00 to 10:30 and includes a mouth watering selection of original breakfast items including fresh ricotta cheese, home made cakes and pastries, fresh mozzarella di bufala (lovely with some cherry tomatoes and fresh basil), croissants with assorted fillings including chocolate, jam and vanilla custard, cappuccino, caffè latte and fresh fruit juices. Fresh ham and salami is also available with a selection of local cheeses served with a variety of bread rolls. Finally, there are all the usual cereals plus yoghurts and home made pastries.
