1) How to reserve a room at the Hotel del Sole al Pantheon in Rome?
In order to make a secure reservation we urge you to use our online booking system. We guarantee you our best available rates and up to the minute availability if you reserve online. No payment is required although your credit card details are required as guarantee for the reservation.
2) How do I pay for my room?
Although your credit card details are requested in order to guarantee the reservation NO payment is made when you reserve online. Full payment is made when you check out of the hotel.
3) What is the cancellation deadline?
If you cancel before 12:00 PM (local Italian time) 48 hours before the arrival date we will not charge anything. For any late cancellations or no shows the Hotel Del Sole al Pantheon will charge you 01 night. This money will be debited to your credit card as per the terms and conditions outlined when you made your online reservation.
4) Is the rate quoted for the room or per person?
The prices shown online are always for the room and include buffet breakfast, service and taxes. There are no hidden extras or additional costs apart from those incurred by using the mini-bar, telephone and other amenities. NB the rates quoted are in Euros and the Hotel del Sole al Pantheon cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in the currency exchange rates.
5) Are children free?
Yes, a crib or cot is supplied free of charge. In addition children up to the age of 5 are free if they sleep in their parent’s room. For families traveling with older children we suggest you book one of our triple rooms or even one of the family suites contained in the Hotel Sole al Pantheon’s annex located directly in front of the Pantheon.
6) Guaranteed lowest Rates?
The four star Albergo del Sole al Pantheon guarantees you the “best available rate” if you book your room online direct with the hotel using the online reservation system. To check the rates simply click on the “check rates and availability” button contained on every page.
7) Is Breakfast included in the online price?
A wonderful buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and includes such items as fresh ricotta cheese, home made pastries, cakes, cereals, fruit juices, hams, salami, cheeses, croissants, teas, coffees, cappuccino etc.
8) How do I receive my confirmation?
When you reserve your room online you will receive an email confirmation directly to your email address. You may either print this out or simply take a note of the booking reference number. The price quoted on the form is the price you will pay when you check out of the hotel.
9) Do you accept all credit cards?
Yes we accept all credit cards Visa, JCB, American Express, Mastercard, Diners plus the Italian Debit Card “CartaSi” and the UK “Switch” card are also accepted.
